parents to prepare cooked meals such as ground provisions, fish and vegetables

Our first option is an excellent one since the students will be engaged in their own learning. In other words, they are applying and learning at the same time while they are actively involved in helping their parents cook the meal. Hence, they are able to engage in decision making and even pass down the knowledge they have acquired to their parents or whoever they are cooking with.
